Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized products up to 14 days from the date you receive your order with proof of purchase. 

The item being returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

A $10 shipping and handling charge will apply.  Please complete the contact us form and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to start the process.

 

Personalized Products and Sale Items

Unfortunately personalized products and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged but if there is a flaw in the product please complete the contact us form and we will reach out as soon as possible to correct the issue.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Our number one priority is for you to be 100% satisfied with the product that you have received. 

We hope that it is never the case, but if any item that you receive from us is damaged or defective, please complete the contact us form and we will reach out as soon as possible to correct the issue.
